The IT Service Desk provides support for computer issues that students have while on campus, using standard Holy Cross software.

Key Features
- Service Desk staff will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with connecting to a Holy Cross service like device registration, HCWireless and the wired network.
- Best effort services will be provided to diagnose, and with permission, remove malicious software using a variety of removal tools.
- Computer troubleshooting is provided as a best effort service for student devices
- Chromebook loaners are available to students. If a Windows or a Mac loaner is needed, an accommodation request from the professor should be sent to helpdesk-request@holycross.edu
Getting Started
- Students should submit an ITS Help Desk Ticket using the helpdesk-request@holycross.edu email.
- Stop in at the Help Desk at O'kane B72 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday
- Outside these hours and during holidays we do have limited support that can be accessed by calling the Help Desk at (508) 793-3548
