This plan provides unlimited meals in Kimball Main Dining Room, the College’s all-you-care-to-eat dining room located on the top floor of Kimball Hall. Come and go as often as you'd like throughout the day during operating hours. The Standard Food Plan offers Dining Dollars that can be used at our retail locations across campus. Dining Dollars do not "roll over" and must be used before the end of the semester.
Residential students will automatically be assigned the Standard Food Plan.

Apartment Food Plan (Option 2) - $1,910 per semester
Apartment Food Plan (Option 3) - $2,120 per semester
Off-campus students may select either meal plan. Dining Dollars can be spent in any dining location (Kimball Main Dining Room, Crossroads, Cool Beans, Lobby Shop, Starbucks, The O'Connor Family Cafe and D'Agostino Café). Dining Dollars and meal swipes do not roll over from semester to semester or year to year. Any balance is forfeited.
*Lobby Shop, Cafe Babel, or O'Connor Family Cafe does not accept meal swipes. Dining Dollars, Crusader Cash and Credit Cards may be used at this location. At our retail locations a "meal deal" is available to use as a meal swipe. Ex. at Cool Beans - Breakfast Sandwich with a coffee, tea, or water = 1 retail swipe.
Summer Food Plan (Option 1) - $896
Summer Food Plan (Option 2) - $672
*Lobby Shop and Cafe Babel do not accept meal swipes. Dining Dollars, Crusader Cash and Credit Cards may be used at these locations.
Crusader Cash is a debit-like account set up on your Holy Cross OneCard. You will enjoy the convenience of being able to make purchases at dining locations on campus, without having to carry cash or other cards. Crusader Cash can be added to your OneCard any time and funds never expire.
Parents: Deposits can be made by credit card or Apple Pay via the Holy Cross OneCard Services portal. Before you can visit, the student needs to add you to their account with your valid email address. You will receive an email from Holy Cross OneCard Services with access information. Once you have been granted access by the student, click the link in the email that was sent to you.
Faculty and staff can also access the Holy Cross OneCard Services portal to add Crusader Cash to their Holy Cross ID.
Use Grubhub for easier online ordering. Grubhub allows you to add several payment options to your account, as well as linking directly to your food plan, allowing retail meal swipes to be used on the Grubhub app or kiosks.
We believe everyone deserves a meal they can truly enjoy, no matter their dietary preferences or needs. Across campus, our dining locations are committed to providing safe and delicious options tailored to individual requirements. From Kimball Hall’s BASE Station — free of the 9 major allergens and coconut — to every other dining spot on campus, our staff is trained to accommodate your dietary needs with care and expertise.
Our dining services hold a special place in the hearts of students, offering more than just a meal — it’s an experience that reminds you of home. Students gather to share conversation and food that is consistently recognized for its quality, including being named one of the “7 Healthiest College Dining Halls in the Country” by Bon Appétit Magazine.
When you walk in, you’re greeted by staff who light up at the sight of familiar faces and classmates who feel like family. Every meal is prepared from scratch, using locally sourced, sustainably grown ingredients, making each bite not only delicious but part of a larger commitment to the community.
Holy Cross Dining is committed to buying locally grown and manufactured products. When a product cannot be sourced locally, Holy Cross Dining seeks to partner with manufacturers that have a commitment to sustainability. Hormone/antibiotic-free locally produced milk is served on campus. Most coffee served on campus is either locally roasted, fair trade or shade-grown organic.
Following the success of a 2009 initiative to go “trayless” in the main dining room, Holy Cross Dining put in place a number of initiatives to eliminate waste.
