Class of 2028

Hello members of the Class of 2028!

Welcome to the College of the Holy Cross community from the Bursar’s Office, also known as Student Accounts! We write to share some important resources about tuition billing, payment options and financial resources that will be useful to you and those assisting you with managing the costs of your college journey.

We’d like to point out important dates related to Student Accounts.

  • Mid-May – Students will receive an email with their Holy Cross network and email account information from our ITS Help Desk. Then, our office emails students to their Holy Cross emails highlighting important dates, links, and processes.
  • Late June – Fall eBill released, notification sent to student’s Holy Cross email. This is when students should add an authorized user to their TouchNet account to view bills and make payments. Each semester's eBill is direct charges (tuition, fees, plus on-campus housing and food, if applicable) less any financial aid but excluding any work study allocation.
  • August 1 – Fall payment is due in full.
  • August 15 – Deadline for students to either 1) waive the Holy Cross Student Health Insurance Plan for the academic year if they have comparable, comprehensive health insurance that covers them while enrolled at Holy Cross or 2) actively enroll in the Holy Cross Health Insurance Plan.
  • Late November – Spring eBill released, notification sent to student’s Holy Cross email.
  • January 1 – Spring payment is due in full.
