Lodging is available on-campus at Holy Cross in Loyola Hall (this is the preferred lodging option for our guests; handicapped accessible rooms are available). Each room has a private en suite bathroom. Lodging is $50 per night for a single occupancy room and $30 per night (per occupant) for a double occupancy room plus online transaction fees. Most meals are included in the conference registration fee, except for dinner on Wednesday evening. Area hotels are also available.

To purchase both registration and lodging, on the eventbrite page, purchase a conference registration ticket and a lodging ticket that corresponds with your lodging plans. There are options for lodging for three nights (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), two nights (Tuesday and Wednesday), and one night (Tuesday or Wednesday). If you select a double occupancy room, indicate the name of your planned roommate. Note: double occupancy rooms are only available to folks who have secured a roommate prior to conference registration.

If you are planning on bringing a guest with you during your travels to Worcester who will not be attending the conference, they are welcome to stay with you on-campus in a double occupancy room. Purchase an additional lodging ticket for them that corresponds with your lodging plans.

If folks from the same institution are using the same funding source for the conference, multiple tickets can be purchased by one buyer.
