The Passport Staff includes current Holy Cross students who guide Passport students during all activities of Summer Passport.

These student leaders live in the residence hall, help with workshops, join in field trips, and become friends with every Passport participant. They are an integral part of the Summer Passport experience.
- Pathfinders (PDF) work with the students in the residence halls, provide mentorship about campus life, and plan community activities.
- Writing (PDF) and Math/STEM (PDF) Peer Assistance Leaders (PALs) assist the professors in the classroom, create and facilitate afternoon Writing or Math Labs, and provide tutoring during evening study hall.
- The Lead Pathfinder (PDF) is the head student staff member. Typically a returning staff member, the Lead Pathfinder oversees the entire student staff and works closely with the Passport Director, while also mentoring the Passport community.
