Job Description
Students will work with the Associate Director of Culinary Operations in Kimball who will provide instructions and training on our MicroGreens growing stations. This position focuses on the following duties to plant, maintain and harvest MicroGreens.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Mondays: Plant multiple trays of MicroGreens, Water plants and turn on growth lamps, Thursdays rotate plant trays, harvest as needed based on growth during the week, keep areas clean including the growth units and the planting spaces, experiment with different seeds to see what works best in the environment and communicate with the Associate Director of Culinary Operations when supplies need to be reordered.
