Medical - Fallon and Harvard Pilgrim
All our Health Care providers will cover medically necessary testing and treatments for COVID-19. Fallon members can view information in this Google doc and on the Fallon website. Harvard Pilgrim members can view information in this Google doc on the Harvard Pilgrim website.
Also, both Fallon and Harvard Pilgrim offer Telehealth services. Telehealth allows members to have 24/7 access to care through phone or video consults with a doctor, no matter where you are. Additionally, Fallon members can call Nurse Connect free of charge. Members can call to ask health questions 24/7. View more information (PDF).
Dental - Delta Dental
The American Dental Association, Center for Disease Control, and many states have urged dentists to close practices or limit treatment of patients to emergency care.
If you do have an urgent need, first contact your regular dentist. If the need cannot be met by your regular dentist, call 800-872-0500.

403(b) Plan - Fidelity and TIAA
Our Retirement Vendors- Fidelity Investments and TIAA have prepared some useful information about retirement and volatile markets. Fidelity has information about the market volatility along with tips to navigate volatile markets. TIAA also has information.
All Retirement Education & Counseling Sessions with Fidelity and TIAA will be moved to phone or electronic alternatives. You can schedule with Fidelity by calling 800-642-7131 or TIAA by calling 800-732-8353.
Also, note that you can change your 403(b) contributions at any time. All employees must record their voluntary contribution election change on Fidelity’s website. Learn more information about the plan (PDF) and see page three for instruction on how to change your elections.

On March 11, 2020, the IRS issued Notice 2020-15 to advise that high deductible plans (HDHPs) can pay for COVID-19 testing and treatment before the plan deductibles have been met. View more information.
