The Garden, a film about urban gardening will be screened followed by discussion and sponsored by the Spanish Department.

Neighborhood Clean Up
Eco Action members and other Holy Cross students will participate in a trash clean up around local neighborhoods.

Points of Intervention Tour
A presentation on how to reduce waste at every point in the consumption process, from buying sustainably, to reusing and recycling used goods to give them a second life. This is a part of a national tour by PLAN.

Purple Goes Green Week
In celebration of Earth Day, Eco Action will be hosting a series of events throughout campus to encourage students to take initative and go green.

Move Out Program/ New2U
A cooperative effort between Eco Action and Odyssey program for first generation students in which current students donate their new or gently used items to be donated to local Worcester organizartions and sold back to incoming students at affordable prices come August.
Annual Events
Sustainabash
Held early in the school year, the Sustainabash provides opportunities for students to see what environmental organizations and other human rights organizations are present on campus and how to get involved with them.
Harvest Fest
Part of Family Weekend involves the Eco Action Harvest Festival which includes live music, face painting, and alpacas.
Farmer's Market
Held bi-yearly in the fall during parent's weekend and as a part of Purple Goes Green Week in the spring, the farmer's market brings in local vendors from the greater Worcester area and offers students the ability to buy locally made goods.
Purple Goes Green Week
Held in April, during Purple Goes Green Week Eco Action puts on a variety of events to show Holy Cross students how they can reduce their environmental impact around campus and to educate them about problems that affect the campus and our neighborhoods.
