Hola a todos!
My name is Camila Bordagaray, but everyone just calls me Cami. I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I will be one of the Spanish FLAs for the 2024-2025 academic year. I’m the only FLA from Latin America so my Spanish might sound a little bit different than that of the FLAs from Spain.
I am twenty two years old and I have an undergraduate degree in International Relations. Because of my love of the world, I deeply enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures. Apart from Buenos Aires, I have lived in two other places so far: Sicily, Italy during a semester abroad in college and Orlando during a Work and Travel program that allowed me to work in the Universal Studios Park! (I love amusement parks) I also love reading, listening to music (especially Taylor Swift) and watching more tv shows than I probably should (put any sitcom episode, and not only have I probably seen it, but I also know the lines).
In the future, I hope to get my masters in Human Rights so I can work with the United Nations Refugee Agency and help people that have been displaced from their homes.
I am really excited to share my culture with all of you, cook you some amazing food and tell you all about the greatest futbol (or soccer) team in the world ;)
