Hours: Approximately 6-8 hours a week, around crucial times (i.e. Perspectives in November and Visions in April) 15-20 hours per week can be expected
Wage: $15.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:

Aid in the planning and execution of the recruitment programs Perspectives and Visions in the fall and spring semesters, respectively:

Brainstorm programming ideas

Recruit current students to participate in organization activities, student workshops, and student panels

Manage guest and host databases
-
Aid in the set-up of activities
-
Brief student participants of the expectations of their involvement
-
Write and distribute thank you letters to all participants

Aid in the planning and execution of webinars for juniors and seniors

Assist with planning and execution of group visits:
-
Recruit student participants if necessary
-
Co-present with Admission Counselors
-
Provide tours to visits groups
-

Conduct specialized outreach to Worcester students and first-generation students

Plan on-campus events
-
Participate in email outreach
-

Participate in virtual programming such as
-
Tune-in Tuesdays
-
Monthly Webinars
-
-
Aid in the planning and execution of College Day on the Hill
The following are duties that may be requested of a student intern:

Work major Admission recruitment programs such as Fall Open House and Admitted Students Day
-
Participate in student question-and-answer panels
-
Chat with visitors in the reception area
-
Aid in the recruitment of individual students (day visits, etc)
