Hello! Nǐhǎo!
My name is Ruòxuān, 27 years old, currently studying for my MA degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language in National Chengchi University. And I’ll be one of the Chinese FLAs for the 2023 to 2024 academic year.
I come from Taoyuan, the aerotropolis in Taiwan, where the largest international airport is located. It’s a city with both cultural and natural attractions. And it’s also characterized by its cultural diversity. If you are interested, I would be happy to share everything about Taiwan and Taoyuan with you.
I enjoy interacting with people from different countries, and that’s the reason why I love teaching Chinese and traveling. While traveling, I observe how people live and experience different cultures. While teaching, I enjoy communicating with students to recognize the differences in thinking from each culture and individual. Both language teaching and traveling are ways for me to broaden my horizons.
I look forward to interacting with you and share our experiences and thoughts in the future! See you at the College of the Holy Cross!
