Coffee Roasts

House Blend

Sourced from three organically grown and fair-trade certified coffees from Colombia, Guatemala and Honduras, these coffees combine to create a full-bodied balance of chocolate undertones and a bright, sweet acidity. This blend was a collaboration with Holy Cross and is exclusive to Cool Beans.

Dark Roast

This bold and inviting brew is smooth and sophisticated. A blend of fair-trade organic Sumatra from the Kokowagayo women-produced coop combined with coffees from Peru and Honduras to create a bold flavor with earthy undertones and just a touch of sweetness.

Double Dark Roast

The dark roast you know and love – cranked up a notch. More coffee during the brew process to give it a bolder flavor and a longer brewing time creates a deeper, more intense flavor. It’s extra bold without the bitter or burnt taste you may normally experience from such a strong a brew.

Eligibility

No purchase is necessary to participate. Only members of the Holy Cross community (i.e., students, faculty, and staff) are eligible to participate, except that Dining Services staff members and individuals affiliated with Good as Gold Coffee are not eligible to participate.

Prizes

Up to three winners will be selected by the committee. Each winner will be entitled to receive one (1) free brewed coffee (hot or iced) at Cool Beans during normal business hours on each day of the Spring 2020 semester (January 19 - May 13, 2020).
