The Administration and Finance Division provides expertise and management of the College’s financial resources, human capital, technology, facilities and auxiliary services such as dining operations and the bookstore. Responsibilities also include ensuring human respect and dignity for all on campus through the Title IX Office and its initiatives and providing for a safe and secure campus community through the Public Safety Department.
Includes Dining Services, College Store, Hogan Center, Conference Services, Post Office and Trademarks & Licensing.
Provides a wide range of services like Construction, Energy, Environment Services, Grounds, Trades & Shops and Work Control to maintain and protect our facilities, grounds and infrastructure. They help create and sustain a clean, safe, functional and aesthetic environment conducive to quality learning, living and working, while preserving our College's physical heritage for future generations.
Management and oversight of financial reporting, annual and long-term financial planning, tax compliance, student accounts, institutional data management and reporting and purchasing.
Helps employees do their very best work and find satisfaction, reward and purpose. Includes Employment, Employee Benefits & Services and Workplace Training & Seminars.
Provides technology infrastructure and assistance to enable the College community to enhance teaching and learning, support the College's administrative operations and further the mission of the College through the use of technology. Includes Applications Development, Network Operations, Technology Support (Help Desk), Educational Technology, Audio-Visual Services and Information Security.
