The mission of the Bishop Healy Committee of the Holy Cross Alumni Association is to achieve and maintain a diverse and multicultural campus that is welcoming to everyone. The Bishop Healy Committee works to foster meaningful, supportive and life-enhancing relationships between students and alumni of color and their allies that last a lifetime.
The HC F1RST Alumni Committee aims to educate the community about our identity as first-generation students, to promote inclusion among all members of our community and to help perpetuate “a community marked by freedom, mutual respect, and civility,” as stated in the College's mission statement.

The mission of the LGBTQ+ Alumni Network is to foster a vibrant social community of LGBTQ+ alumni and their allies through events such as annual homecoming activities, regional social programs and social media. It provides social, professional and educational support for current LGBTQ+ students and allies and builds a professional network that can assist in the career development of LGBTQ+ alumni, current LGBTQ+ students and their allies.
The O'Callahan Society encourages and cultivates the traditions associated with the Jesuit, liberal arts education of military and naval officers.
We support the viability of the NROTC Unit at Holy Cross, comprised of students from Holy Cross, Worcester Polytechnic and Worcester State University. We promote dialogue with these campus communities and recognize the military service of alumni.
