Held each year, Classics Day is a daylong series of events relating to the study of Roman culture designed to familiarize high school students with the Holy Cross classics department, its faculty and current students.
Hundreds of students from high schools all over the Northeast visit Holy Cross for the event. The Annual Classics Day is scheduled for Thursday, April 10, 2025. The following categories are tentatively scheduled:
- certamen, a contest on Latin grammar, Roman and Greek mythology, Roman history, and Roman life art contest
- costume contest
- art contest
