Biography

I joined the College of the Holy Cross as an Assistant Professor in the Fall of 2024, after being a Visiting Assistant Professor at Smith College (2022-2024) and a Postdoctoral Scholar at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (2019-2022). I obtained my PhD at the University of California, Riverside in 2019, under the supervision of Qi S. Zhang. Prior to that, I was a student of Mathematics and Physics in Barcelona, which is my hometown.

My research is on Geometric Analysis. I study how the geometry of a space affects the solutions of Partial Differential Equations. I am also interested in curvature notions on graphs, and their applications to Graph Theory and to the study of complex networks. Some key concepts I use in my research are: Riemannian manifolds, integral Ricci curvature, and the eigenvalues of the Laplacian.

I am a faculty mentor for the Student Chapter of the Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM) at Holy Cross. I also serve in the Social Media Committee of AWM.
