Biography
Jennifer Noering McIntire is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Art History in the Department of Visual Arts. She teaches courses in Buddhist Art, Arts of Modern China, and Introduction to Visual Art. Her interests focus on the relationships between religious belief/practice, texts and visual representations. Making Asia art accessible and understandable to a wide variety of people is a passion. Before coming to Holy Cross, she taught at the Stonehill College, the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, & Rutgers University. She began her career at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston in the Asiatic Department.
