The Common Data Set is a standard set of questions used by a consortium of college guidebook publishers to collect commonly-requested statistics about the College.

Comparison Schools

The College has two key sets of comparison schools that it typically uses for benchmarking purposes:

  • The "20-School" group consists of a mix of Patriot League, local, aspirational, as well as academically similar schools while
  • The "Admissions Overlap" group consists of institutions typically sharing the most cross-admitted students with Holy Cross.

Key Data Trends

Each year, the College shares key academic and financial trends with alumni and friends in its fall edition of Holy Cross Magazine.  Metrics for the most recent five fiscal years include:

  • Admission and enrollment statistics
  • Student retention and graduation rates
  • Academic resources
  • Student charges
  • Financial resources
