Our Vision

At the heart of our office is a vision of a campus community that embraces the rich diversity of our student body, faculty, and staff. We envision a community that celebrates difference and proactively addresses systemic barriers and inequities. We strive for a community that welcomes diverse perspectives, encourages open dialogue, and ensures an enriching and transformative student experience. By living out our Jesuit mission, we aim to create a campus that fosters a sense of belonging and prepares our students to be compassionate leaders in a global society.
