Biography

Professor Blaise Nagy taught in the Department of Classics from 1976 to 2017, and served as department chair from 1990 to 2004. He taught all levels of Greek and Latin, as well as courses on Greek and Roman history. Prof. Nagy is the author of numerous articles on ancient history and religion, as well as A Herodotus Reader (Hackett Publishing, 2011) and A Thucydides Reader (Hackett Publishing, 2012).
