Definitions
- institutional initiative - is defined as a project and/or program that impacts the College at large programmatically, academically and/or physcially.i.e. any programs affiliated with the Center for Liberal Arts, comprehensive campaign projects, capital projects (building, structures, etc.) or international partnerships.
- government agency - refers to a funder affiliated with federal, state and/or local sources.
- private entity - refers to a funding source from an individual donor (alum), private foundation, charitable trust, corporate charity or sponsor.
individual donor refers to an alumni, staff, or friend of the College who provides a philanthropic gift unrestricted or restricted to a particular program/initiative.
