Bill Conley is a retired Colonel from the United States Marine Corps with over 27 years active service. He assumed his duties at Holy Cross in November 1989 as the Director of Administrative Services. Bill received his B.S. in Education from Worcester State College, Worcester, Mass., in 1962; his M.A. in Management and Human Resources from Webster University, St. Louis, Mo., in 1976; and an MMAS in Military Arts and Sciences from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Ks., in 1977.
He is a graduate of the Naval Justice School, Newport, RI., and the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, Ca., Aviation Safety Course. He is married to the former Kathleen J. Looney. They have five children and eight grandsons
