Located on the corner City View and College Street, the townhouses open for the fall 2023 semester.

The townhouses are two buildings each having eight, 8-person apartments. Most of the apartments are three-floor units with the main floor including a kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and ½ bath. The second and third floors has two double bedrooms and a full bathroom on each floor. As the split bathroom type seen in Figge and Williams has been popular, that bathroom configuration is also present for each pair of bedrooms. The townhouses are a senior-only residence hall and each unit is a self-contained apartment.

Its placement on campus provides convenient access to the Jo, the Science complex, as well as Ciampi, Hogan and the Luth Athletic Complex

Each bedroom has 2 height-adjustable beds, 2 stacking two drawer chests and a desk and desk chair. The desk chair is an adjustable-height chair with wheels. Each bedroom will also have a built-in closet.

The living rooms will have a sofa, two upholstered chairs, a coffee table, end tables and a media stand. The media stand is 42"L  x 20"D X 24"H and has two shelves. The sofa and chairs will have wood tablets on all arms. The kitchen will have either a kitchen table with chairs or stools at a built-in counter.
